SHIPPING TO USA ADDRESSES

Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail to all USA customers
and we charge only $5.00 for any order!
Thats right, even Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

We ship every day from Monday to Saturday. Orders ship the day after you place your order, orders placed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday will ship on Monday morning.

Because we use USPS Priority Mail you'll get your order in 2-3 days!

             

We also offer $2.50 regular mail shipping for patterns only shipping to US addresses. (Do not choose this option if you order yarn or books.)
NOTE: This method is slower! Although we ship your patterns the next day, it can take USPS up to two weeks to deliver your package.
There is NO tracking for this shipping method.

PACKAGING

We ship ALL orders in a cardboard box. We do not try to save money by shipping in plastic/Tyvek bags. We want the yarn to show up at your door in its original condition, just as gorgeous as it was on the shelf! We also use plastic bags within the box to protect yarn from the elements.


SHIPPING TO NON USA ADDRESSES

Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail International for orders up to 3 pounds to all non-USA addresses. Any package over 3 pounds may be subject to additional shipping costs.

All overseas shipments include tracking,
but this does not guarantee delivery.

Shipping to Canada:
$15.00 for any order
or $3.00 for patterns only by Airmail (no tracking)

Shipping to Other Countries:
$25.00 for any order 3 pounds or under
(see above for orders OVER 3 pounds)
or $6.00 for patterns only by Airmail (no tracking)

Note: Pattern only shipping is for single patterns only, 8 pattern limit.
NOT FOR magazines, yarn or books. There is no tracking for Airmail.

Note: Customs may delay delivery. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
We cannot mark packages as "gift" according to USPS laws.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.


LOST SHIPMENTS

Because we use Priority shipping we can confirm delivery of an order (excluding pattern-only shipping orders). On the very rare occasion that a package is "lost" with USPS, we will track the package to see what may have gone wrong. If it looks like the package will be returned to us we will ship a replacement package. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages overseas, once the package leaves the USA it is at the mercy of other postal systems.

It is your responsibilty to provide the correct shipping address and zip code, please double check your order details. If you live in an apartment building, please ask us to add delivery confirmation with signature!


RETURNS

Our return policy is simple. If you have yarn you're not happy with, return it within 60 days in original condition. You have the option of an exchange, store credit OR a full refund (not including shipping costs). All yarn must have the label attached and cannot be returned if it's a skein that has been wound into a ball.

We cannot accept returns for patterns or closeout items.
